Unlike some Debt Recovery agencies who do not have the knowledge or resources of a large firm of solicitors, we are an integral part of the TWM Dispute Resolution department. As such we are set up to deal with all kinds of matters, from private individual claims to large commercial debts.

In order to maintain our high standards, we do not offer "no win no fee"; however we also believe that charging an hourly rate for standard debt collection does not reflect our clients' needs. Instead we offer very reasonable fixed costs to ensure our clients are aware of our charges at each stage of the debt collection process. Should a matter become defended or more complex, our hourly rate will apply; however we will provide a costs estimate prior to any action being taken, and will continue to advise of costs at every stage. Rest assured that we will always seek the most cost-effective method of recovery.
